In that same context, the presence of Adnan al-Ar’our and his satellite channel in Riyadh constitutes in itself proof for the role of conspiracy and sabotage played by Saudi Arabia in Syria. Had Qatar and Saudi Arabia truly wanted to end the violence in the country, they would have discontinued their funding of the armed activities and pulled the hands of the Lebanese March 14 forces from the Syrian domestic arena as they did via the 2008 Doha accord.’

Wonderful bit of balanced reporting from the BBC’s Frank Gardner. He said of Bahrain at 5.42pm on BBC News:

“The Shiite majority does suffer discrimination, but the rest of the population is getting fed up with the continual disruption and demonstrations.”

 I remember similar arguments during apartheid:

“The black majority does suffer discrimination, but the rest of the population is getting fed up with the continual disruption and demonstrations.”

Doesn’t sound so good, does it? Anyway, here is to the BBC and keeping the interests of those troublemaking majorities firmly in the context of the much more important comfort of their oppressors.

He then explained that the oppression of opposition in Bahrain could not in the least be compared to the oppression of opposition in Syria, because in Bahrain the government had promised reform.

Abu Qatada, the man who had been dubbed by the Anglo-American media as “Osama ben Laden’s ambassador in Europe“, and who is on the list of individuals associated with Al-Qaeda established by the UN Security Council Committee (resolutions 1267/1898), has just been released on parole by the British authorities.

Owing to the intervention of the European Court of Human Rights, which opposed his extradition to Jordan where he was to be prosecuted, he will be totally free in three months “if no agreement is found.”

In addition, the Daily Telegraph revealed that BBCjournalists were instructed not to call Abu Qatada “extremist” and “not to make use of images suggesting that the preacher is overweight.”

The affair has caused a stir in Great Britain, where people fail to understand how someone who had been qualified as “extremely dangerous” by former Interior Minister David Blunkett, and was detained in the high security Long Lartin prison in Worcestershire, can be set free.

As we had anticipated in May 2011, the media production of Osama bin Laden’s death was the prelude to the recycling of his men in the interests of the new US strategy. After helping to fight the Soviets in Afghanistan, serving as patsies of the September 11 attacks, and finally being used against the Iraqi resistance, their new assignment is to hijack the “Arab Spring” and subvert the Resistance Alliance (Iran, Syria, Hezbollah).

Thus, in Syria, men emanating from the ranks of Al-Qaeda, funded by Qatar and overseen by Turkish, British and French military instructors, constitute the bulk of the contingent that the Western press calls the “Free Syrian Army”.

The BBC is now looking after the image of those who are likely to serve such a cause.

One should know that the soul from its physical conception to the end of its highest intellectual perfection is in constant change and alteration in its essence and continuous motion and revolution in its substance. Sometimes it is a physical power and some other times it is a natural form; sometimes it is a sensitive soul in its different degrees and sometimes it is imagining, recollecting and reflecting, and rational. It acquires theoretical intelligence after it gaining practical intelligence in different degrees, from potential intelligence to actual intelligence and the active intelligence that is called the ‘commanding spirit’ by Allah: ‘Say, The Spirit is of the command of my Lord’ (17:85). Evidently that which makes it leave the potential for the actual, and deficiency for perfection, must be absolutely actual in its essence, and its truth must be free from any potentiality to avoid the impossible regress. 

On the other hand, that being should either be necessary in its being or one of the intellectual angels, those who ‘do not disobey whatever Allah has commanded them’ (66:6). Nevertheless, the existence of an intellectual immaterial being is inconceivable unless through the existence of the exalted Necessary Being. This, next to the Proof if the Righteous (burhan al siddiqin), is the best argument though there insufficient space to explain it in detail. ‘We gather tonight knowing that this generation of heroes has made the United States safer and more respected round the world.’ (President Barack Obama, State of the Union address, 24th January 2012.)

On the 24th January, the day President Obama delivered his last State of the Union speech to Congress before the election, citing the: “selflessness and teamwork of America’s Armed Forces (their) focus on the mission at hand”, the “selfless” Staff Sgt., Frank Wuterich, leader of the massacre at Haditha, in Iraq, became the seventh soldier to walk free – from the mass murder of twenty four unarmed men, women and children, in three homes and a taxi.

It was another chilling, ruthless, cold blooded, up to five hour rampage, revenge for the death a colleague, in a roadside bomb – which had nothing to do with the rural families that paid the price.

The youngest to die was one year, the oldest was seventy six year old, wheelchair-bound amputee, Abdul Hamid Hassan Ali. He died with nine rounds in the chest and abdomen.

Other children who died were aged 3,4,5,8,10 and 14.

On May 9th 2007, Sergeant Sanick De la Cruz received immunity from prosecution in return for testimony in which he said that he had watched Wuterich shoot five Iraqis attempting to surrender. He further stated that he and Wuterich had further fired in to the dead bodies – and that he had urinated on one of the dead Iraqis.

“Imagine what we could accomplish if we followed (US troops) example”, pondered the President in his speech – in a week which worldwide revulsion was expressed at a video of Marines, allegedly with the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marines from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, urinating on dead bodies in Afghanistan.

It was, of course:“behaviour … not in keeping with the values of the US Armed Forces … not consistent with out core values (or) indicative of the character of the Marines in our Corps”, said a Defence Department spokeswoman.(i).

Ross Caputi – a former Marine who took part in another massacre, Falluja, exactly a year before Haditha, was sickened at what he saw and experienced, and now campaigns tirelessly for Iraq and for reparation for Falluja – disputes the Defence Department’s sunny view of “core values.

”These attitudes are common in the Marine Corps. The guys who peed on the poor dead Afghans were not ‘bad apples’, they were average Marines”, Caputi told this publication. For his outspokenness, Caputi has received such volume of chilling and obscene threats from former colleagues and US Service personnel (seen by the writer) that they stand testimony to his words.

As Afghanistan,the litany of Iraq’s blood-lettings are silent witness to “core values” of an altogether different kind. In an expression disturbingly mirroring “cleansed”, homes are “cleared.” Grenades are thrown in and then troops storm in, automatic rifles (and more grenades) blazing.

A description of the assault on one Haditha home, from a Lt. William T. Kallop records:

“The Marines cleared it the way they had been trained to clear it, which is frags (grenades)first … It was clear just by the looks of the room that frags went in and then the house was prepped and sprayed like, with a machine gun, and then they went in. And by the looks of it, they just … they went in, cleared to room, everybody was down.” (ii)

“Most of the shots … were fired at such close range that they went through the bodies of the family members and plowed in to walls or floors.” (iii)

As Marjorie Cohn’s meticulous, eye watering piece (see iii) points out, days after the mass murders at Haditha became public: “US forces killed eleven civilians, after rounding them up in a room in a house in Ishaqi”, in Salahuddin Province. All were handcuffed (presumably not the six month old) and executed. They were:

“A report by the US military found no wrongdoing by the US soldiers”, writes Professor Cohen.

There are Falluja’s football fields of mass graves, Najav’s hotel and hospital parks, turned graveyards, the pathetic uncounted ones in gardens, in yards, the lost buried in the family home, across Iraq, by families who would be also shot if they ventured with their beloved, to the cemetery.

In Falluja, reminiscent of other historic “cleansings”, categorized war crimes, men between fifteen and fifty five were forbidden to leave or enter their city.

Iraqi families shot in their cars by US service personnel are beyond counting – and indeed have not been: “It is not productive to count Iraqi deaths”, as the inimitable General Kimmit reminded the world.

Deaths included the family of Ali Abbas, by rogue US missiles, in the residential Zafaraniya suburb of Baghdad, with its evocative Convent and ancient Catholic church. Ali lost his pregnant mother, father, brother and thirteen other family members. He also lost his arms. He was twelve years old.

Allegations of summary executions have emerged from Tel Afar, whose blood drenched toddler, her parents shot by troops in their car, remains a never to be erased image; Samarra, Quaim, Taal al Jal, Mukaradeeb, Hamdaniya, Ramadi, Tikrit, Mosul – and throughout the country.

In Mahmudiya, in 2008, fourteen year old Abeer Quasim Hamza, was gang raped then killed by five US servicemen – after they had murdered her mother, Fakriyah (34) father Qasim (45) and six year old sister. All were burned in an attempt to cover the crime. There were two convictions.

And never forget Abu Ghraib.

Long forgotten are the wedding and funeral massacres, a particular target for the US military, a litany. One, early in the invasion, was just a month after the first Falluja onslaught.

On 19th May 2004 forty six people celebrating a wedding in Mugrideeb village were mown down by assault helicopters, other attack planes and Marines.

USMC Major General James Mattis at the time simply commented: “How many people go to the middle of the desert to celebrate a wedding …?” He later said that it had taken him thirty seconds to decide to attack.

Eman Khammas of Iraq Occupation Watch braved the dangerous road out to the village as soon as she heard. She found carnage – and remains of the musicians’ instruments, decorations, pots, sacks of rice, improvised bread ovens, sacks filled with leftovers for the animals – all who had been shot – and surviving eyewitnesses.

There were blood stained toys, clothes, childrens’ hair slides, camera batteries. The family were sheep traders. Khammas recalled:

“The ground was full of bullets holes of different sizes, spots of blood every where, some a meter wide. In some of them the remains of human flesh were drying in the sun. . . . In one of these remains there was a long black lock still attached to the flesh. I could not see any more. I ran away back to the demolished house.”

Five from a family called Garaghool also died, thirteen of the band and three photographic crew. Forty six, mown down for celebrating a wedding..

Kholood, 8 months, Sabha, 22, Iqbal 14, Mouza, 12, Feisal and Adil (children, ages unknown) were hospitalized.

There were no prosecutions.

General Mark Kimmit, questioned on the liquidation of the party goers – the dead womens gold also torn from their necks by the troops, according to consistent survivors accounts – simply replied: “Bad people have parties too.” Asked about the near countless other acts of carnage, he responded:

“Change the channel.”

As the cost in Iraqi lives at the hands of US troops briefly hits the headlines again, some of the names that are known, in the perhaps 1.7 million lost, should be remembered. They are not “collateral damage” or “regrettable incidents”, each one is a unique human being, often a small, fledgling one.

Lance Corporal Roel Ryan Briones, who, seemingly, was not involved, was ordered to photograph the bodies. He picked up a little girl, shot in the head. The contents of her small skull spilled out on to his trousers. “I need immediate help”, he said.

What of help for then thirteen year old Safa, pretending to be dead amongst her family’s bodies. Of Hiba, lone survivor of her home, and her now six year old daughter?

What of the heroic Taher Thabet al-Hadithi, young journalist and human rights activist, who filmed every minute, bloody detail the following day, and amassed the truth of what had really happened, as the Defence Department were busy trying to cover their tracks? He fled to Syria in fear of his own life expectancy, should the US military learn of his evidence.

It was his witness materials that made its way in to Time magazine, engendering an “inquiry.” Evidence that was indisputable..

The reaction of Major General Steve Johnson, Commander of US Forces in the Province was salutary: “It happened all the time … it was just the cost of doing business …”

Routine massacres.

“The renewal of American leadership can be felt across the globe”, said President Obama, concluding his address, citing : “… the enduring power of our moral example … tyranny is no match for liberty.”

On the wall of the deserted house of one of the Haditha families, silent witness to this “moral example”, is written: “Democracy assassinated the family that was here.”

Second, whoever tells you Arabic language belongs to the Arabs, has no clue about Arabic or Arabs. The Arabic language is a qur’anic language, for all humanity. If it wasn’t for the Qur’an, there would be no Arabic language, or it would be on the same level as Arapaho or Yuchi…

”The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) estimates that more than 115 languages have disappeared from the United States since the time of European colonization, and 53 of those languages have become extinct since the middle of the 20th century. Much of this decline in Native American languages can be attributed to boarding schools that punished the young students for speaking their native tongues. Endangered languages in the United States include Arapaho, which has fewer than 1,000 native speakers, all living in Wyoming, and the Yuchi language of Oklahoma, which may have as few as five speakers left [sources: Native Languages of the Americas, UNESCO].”

ie on the verge of extinction. It’s the Qur’an that revived the language from one of the Bedouin to a global force to be reckoned with. Also, it’s the Arabs that belong to Arabic, not the other way round, since Egyptians, or Phonecians, or North-africans, or Iraqis, and any other country outside the Hijaz and Yemen regions (true arabs), all adopted the language after they adopted Islam as a religion and the Qur’an as their book of religious guidance. Therefore arabic belongs to all those who have let Islam into their hearts and minds, and have since become to be known as arabs.

That’s why I get especially disappointed with my Iranian brothers/sisters, who don’t speak fluent arabic, especially considering the amount of arabic words that already occupy the farsi vocabulary…in any case, there will come a day where you won’t be able to differentiate between iraqi/iranian/lebanese (on a hikmah (wisdom) level, before you nationalists vomit anything), but that won’t happen if arabic is not adopted by every person considering himself a true believer to be part of identity…

And just as an aside, the fact that ‘Arabic Qur’an’ is repeated 7 times in the Qur’an (one of those instances the Qur’an is called ‘Hukm’ – decisive/definitive etc), could be taken as evidence of its importance (since 7 is considered a metaphysically important number).

As an example, take

yetedebberoon - يَتَدَبَّرون

and

yeddebero - يَدَّبروا
Both words mean to contemplate/ponder, but the first spelling is complete, with each letter and accent spelled out, and the second spelling is a sort of ‘short-hand’ version of the first.

The first is found twice: in Sura ‘Al Nissa: verse 82; and Sura ‘Muhammad’ : verse 24;
and only comes folowed by the word Qur’an.

The second is found twice: in Sura ‘Al Mu’minoon’ verse 68; and Sura ‘Ssad’ verse 29;
and is only followed by the words ‘Al Qawl’ (speech), or ‘Ayaat’ (verses).

So, you see the amazing usage of the different word spellings align perfectly to the two methods of contemplation, when addressing us all to ponder the Quran as A WHOLE, using the first complete elongated spelling, and to ponder each verse INDIVIDUALLY by using the shorter spelling of the same word.

3- قال المفيد: مرض أبو محمد (عليه السلام) في أول شهر ربيع الأول سنة ستين ومائتين ومات في يوم الجمعة لثمان ليال خلون من هذا الشهر في السنة المذكورة. والمشهور أنه استشهد في يوم الجمعة الثامن من شهر ربيع الأول سنة ستين ومائتين

مدة عمره وإمامته وطواغيت عصره (عليه السلام
1- قال المفيد: له يومئذ- يوم وفاته- ثمان وعشرون سنة. . . وكانت مدة خلافته ست سنين

2- قال ابن شهر آشوب: مقامه مع أبيه ثلاث وعشرون سنة وبعد أبيه أيام إمامته ست سنين. وكان في سني إمامته بقية أيام المعتز أشهرا ثم ملك المهتدى والمعتمد

3- قال ابن عبد الوهاب: وكان من مولده إلى وقت مصيبته (عليه السلام) تسع وعشرون سنة. والمشهور أنه استشهد وهو ابن ثمان وعشرون سنة

مأساته (عليه السلام
1- روى الكليني: عن علي بن محمد، عن بعض أصحابنا قال: سلم أبو محمد (عليه السلام) إلى نحرير فكان يضيق عليه ويؤذيه. قال: فقالت له امرأته: ويلك إتق الله، لما تدرى من في منزلك وعرفته صلاحه وقالت: إني أخاف عليك منه، فقال: لأرمينه بين السباع، ثم فعل ذلك به فرئي (عليه السلام) قائما يصلى وهي حوله. الإمام (عليه السلام) في السجن

2- روى الكليني: عن على بن محمد، عن محمد بن إسماعيل العلوي قال: حبس أبو محمد عند على بن نارمش وهو أنصب الناس وأشدهم على آل أبي طالب وقيل له: أفعل به وافعل فما أقام عنده إلا يوما حتى وضع خديه له وكان لا يرفع بصره إليه إجلالا وإعظاما فخرج من عنده وهو أحسن الناس بصيرة وأحسنهم فيه قولا

3- قال المفيد: أخبرني أبو القاسم جعفر بن محمد، عن محمد بن يعقوب، عن على بن محمد، عن محمد بن إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن موسى بن جعفر قال: دخل العباسيون على صالح بن وصيف عندما حبس أبو محمد فقالوا له: ضيق عليه ولما توسع. فقال لهم صالح: ما اصنع به وقد وكلت به رجلين شر من قدرت عليه فقد صارا من العبادة والصلاة والصيام إلى أمر عظيم، ثم أمر بإحضار الموكلين، فقال لهما: ويحكما ما شأنكما في أمر هذا الرجل؟ فقالا: ما نقول في رجل يصوم النهار ويقوم الليل كله لا يتكلم ولا يتشاغل بغير العبادة فإذا نظر إلينا ارتعدت فرائصنا وداخلنا ما لا نملكه من أنفسنا فلما سمع ذلك العباسيون انصرفوا خائبين

4- قال الطوسي: روى سعد بن عبد الله، عن أبي هاشم الجعفري قال: كنت محبوسا مع أبي محمد (عليه السلام) في حبس المهتدي بن الواثق، فقال لي: يا أبا هاشم إن هذا الطاغي أراد أن يعبث بالله في هذه الليلة وقد بتر الله عمره، وجعله للقائم من بعده ولم يكن لي ولد وسأرزق ولدا. قال أبو هاشم: فلما أصبحنا شغب الأتراك على المهتدى فقتلوه، وولى المعتمد مكانه وسلمنا الله تعالى

5- قال الطبرسي: حدثنا أحمد بن زياد الهمداني، عن على بن إبراهيم بن هاشم قال: حدثني أبو هاشم (الجعفري) داود بن القاسم قال: كنت في الحبس المعروف بحبس صالح بن وصيف الأحمر أنا والحسن بن محمد العقيقي ومحمد بن إبراهيم العمرى وفلان وفلان إذ دخل علينا أبو محمد الحسن (عليه السلام) وأخوه جعفر فحففنا له، وكان المتولي لحبسه صالح بن وصيف. وكان معنا في الحبس رجل جمحي يقال: أنه علوي، قال: فالتفت أبو محمد (عليه السلام) فقال: لولا أن فيكم من ليس منكم لأعلمتكم متى يفرج عنكم وأومأ إلى الجمحي أن يخرج فخرج فقال: أبو محمد (عليه السلام) هذا ليس منكم فاحذروه، فإن في ثيابه قصة قد كتبها إلى السلطان يخبره بما تقولون فيه، فقام بعضهم إليه ففتش ثيابه فوجد فيها القصة يذكرنا فيها بكل عظيمة. وكان الحسن (عليه السلام) يصوم النهار، فإذا أفطر أكلنا معه من طعام كان يحمله مولاه إليه في جونة مختومة، وكنت أصوم معه، فلما كان ذات يوم ضعفت فأفطرت في بيت آخر على كعكة، فما شعر بي والله أحد، ثم جئت فجلست معه فقال لغلامه: أطعم أبا هاشم شيئا فإنه مفطر. فتبسمت فقال: ما يضحكك إذا أردت القوة فكل اللحم فإن الكعك لا قوة فيه. فقلت: صدق الله ورسوله وأنتم، فأكلت فقال لي: أفطر ثلاثا، فإن المنة لا ترجع إذا أنهكها الصوم في أقل من ثلاث. فلما كان في اليوم الذي أراد الله أن يفرج عنه جاءه الغلام فقال: يا سيدي أحمل فطورك؟ فقال: أحمل وما أحسبنا نأكل منه. فحمل الطعام الظهر، وأطلق عنه عند العصر وهو صائم، فقال: كلوا هناكم الله

6- روى المسعودي: عن على بن محمد بن زياد الصيمري، عن المحمودي قال: رأيت خط أبي محمد لما أخرج من حبس المعتمد: (يريدون ليطفئوا نور الله بأفواههم والله متم نوره ولو كره الكافرو

الإخبار عن شهادته:
- قال الصدوق: حدث أبو الأديان قال: كنت أخدم الحسن بن علي بن محمد بن علي بن موسى ابن جعفر بن محمد بن علي بن الحسين بن علي بن أبي طالب (عليهم السلام) وأحمل كتبه إلى الأمصار، فدخلت عليه في علته التي توفى فيها صلوات الله عليه فكتب معي كتبا وقال: إمض بها إلى المدائن فإنك ستغيب خمسة عشر يوما وتدخل إلى سر من رأى يوم الخامس عشر وتسمع الواعية في دارى وتجدني على المغتسل. قال أبو الأديان: فقلت: يا سيدي فإذا كان ذلك فمن؟ قال: من طالبك بجوابات كتبي فهو القائم من بعدي، فقلت: زدني، فقال: من يصلى على فهو القائم بعدي، فقلت: زدني، فقال: من أخبر بما في الهميان فهو القائم بعدي، ثم منعتني هيبته أن أسأله عما في الهميان. وخرجت بالكتب إلى المدائن وأخذت جواباتها ودخلت سر من رأى يوم الخامس عشر كما ذكر لي (عليه السلام) فإذا أنا بالواعية في داره وإذا به على المغتسل وإذا أنا بجعفر بن علي أخيه بباب الدار والشيعة من حوله يعزونه ويهنئونه، فقلت في نفسي: إن يكن هذا الإمام فقد بطلت الإمامة لأني كنت أعرفه يشرب النبيذ ويقامر في الجوسق ويلعب بالطنبور، فتقدمت فعزيت وهنيت فلم يسألني عن شيء، ثم خرج عقيد، فقال: يا سيدي قد كفن أخوك فقم وصل عليه. فدخل جعفر بن علي والشيعة من حوله يقدمهم السمان والحسن بن علي قتيل المعتصم المعروف بسلمة. فلما صرنا في الدار إذا نحن بالحسن بن علي صلوات الله عليه على نعشه مكفنا فتقدم جعفر بن علي ليصلى على أخيه، فلما هم بالتكبير خرج صبي بوجهه سمرة، بشعره قطط، بأسنانه تفليج، فجذب برداء جعفر بن علي وقال: تأخر يا عم فأنا أحق بالصلاة على أبي، فتأخر جعفر، وقد أربد وجهه واصفر. فتقدم الصبى وصلى عليه ودفن إلى جانب قبر أبيه (عليه السلام) ثم قال: يا بصرى هات جوابات الكتب التي معك فدفعتها إليه، فقلت في نفسي: هذه بينتان بقي الهميان، ثم خرجت إلى جعفر بن علي وهو يزفر، فقال له حاجز الوشاء: يا سيدي من الصبى لنقيم الحجة عليه؟ فقال: والله ما رأيته قط ولا أعرفه. فنحن جلوس إذ قدم نفر من قم فسألوا عن الحسن بن علي (عليهما السلام) فعرفوا موته فقالوا: فمن (نعزي)؟ فأشار الناس إلى جعفر بن علي فسلموا عليه وعزوه وهنؤوه وقالوا: إن معنا كتبا ومالا، فتقول ممن الكتب؟ وكم المال؟ فقام ينفض أثوابه ويقول: تريدون منا أن نعلم الغيب، قال: فخرج الخادم فقال: معكم كتب فلان وفلان (وفلان) وهميان فيه ألف دينار وعشرة دنانير منها مطلية، فدفعوا إليه الكتب والمال وقالوا: الذي وجه بك لأخذ ذلك هو الإمام، فدخل جعفر بن علي على المعتمد وكشف له ذلك فوجه المعتمد بخدمه فقبضوا على صقيل الجارية فطالبوها بالصبي فأنكرته وادعت حملا بها لتغطي (على) حال الصبى فسلمت إلى ابن أبي الشوارب القاضي، وبغتهم موت عبيد الله بن يحيى بن خاقان فجأة، وخروج صاحب الزنج بالبصرة فشغلوا بذلك عن الجارية، فخرجت عن أيديهم والحمد لله رب العالمين.

مقدمة
إن المعنى اللغوي لكلمة هجرة لا يكاد يختلف عليه اثنان، فهي مفارقة شيء إلى شيء أو ما بهذا المعنى

وقد أصبحت بعد الإسلام مستخدَمة في الأعمّ الأغلب، في حادثة خروج النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم والمسلمين من مكة إلى المدينة التي تنوّرت بقدومه إليها مهاجراً بعدما عانى والمسلمين ما عانوه من ظلم واضطهاد

- الهجرة النبوية حركة تغيير عظمى
لقد كانت الهجرة النبويّة حركة بالأجساد من مكان إلى مكان، ولكنها أيضاً حركة في الزمان، كان ما قبلها وما بعدها سيكون غيره

فهي مفارقة لأحوال تلابس المكان والزمان إلى ما يفتح الأمل على تغيّر الأحوال، فهي حركة تنفتح على امكان التغيير نحو الأفضل. ولذا كانت الهجرة لطيِّ مرحلة من الإضطهاد والتنكيل والصدِّ والتآمر، حيث عانى فيها الدين وأهلُه شتّى أنواع الظلم والملاحقة والتعذيب والتنكيل، هذا الطيُّ جاء ليكون مقدمة لبسط مرحلة أخرى يُراد أن تكون مرحلة تأسيسيّة ينتقل فيها المسلمون والإسلام من الحصار، وتضييق الخناق، إلى الحرية والإنعتاق، ويتمزق فيها جدار الجهل والجاهلية، وتحطّم قيود الذلّ إلى العزّ، وينتقل بها من البداوة إلى الحضارة…

فالهجرة خطوة خطتها أقدام هذه المجموعة الصغيرة، ولكنها كانت كأنها رائدة البشرية كل البشرية، نحو عصور جديدة من النور، بعد عصور الظلمات. فلقد كانت بهذا المعنى تخطيطاً إلهياً لصنع الإنسانية الجديدة

ولإيجاد مأمنٍ للرسول صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم والدين والمتدينين، يمارسون فيه شعائر دينهم وينشرونه عقائد وشريعة ومفاهيم وقيماً، وكانت بذلك المدينة قاعدة جديدة للتحرك والإنطلاق، بعد أن كادت الدعوة تختنق بحصار المكيّين، وكانت كذلك لتكون نواة المجتمع المتديّن الذي يمارس حياته على ضوء دينه دون قيود. وكذلك لتصبح هذه المدينة مناراً يشعّ بالأخلاق الجديدة في أفق الصحراء

وهذه المجموعة التي كانت تعيش الإضطهاد والتضييق، كان المطلوب منها أن توسّع من آفاقها وطموحاتها وبالتالي أحلامها… فكانت الهجرة توسيعاً لآفاق الثلّة المؤمنة الأولى، فقد وضعت الهجرة هذه الثلّة أمام مخاض استيلاد الإنسانية الجديدة، من رحمِ تلك الظروف، فجاءت لتفجّر طاقاتها الخلاّقة عِبرَ آلآم الجهاد والمواجهة، فأشرقت من أجواء المكابدات الجديدة كواكب مشرقة انعكست في مرآتها الكمالات الأخلاقية الفردية والاجتماعية

وبعبارة موجزة لقد أشبهت تجربة الهجرة النبوية، تنوّر نوح عليه السلام الذي فاض بدل الماء نوراً أضاء العوالم والأزمنة. فالهجرة شحذت همّة المؤمنين، ليُقوّوا عزائمهم، ويوسِّعوا دوائر اهتماماتهم وآفاق رؤاهم، بما يجاوز الهمّ المعاش واللحظة والمكان

الهجرة لا تنقطع
قال تعالى: ﴿وَمَن يَخْرُجْ مِن بَيْتِهِ مُهَاجِراً إِلَى اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ ثُمَّ يُدْرِكْهُ الْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُ عَلى اللّهِ وَكَانَ اللّهُ غَفُوراً رَّحِيماً﴾² فالآية تحضُّ المسلمين زمن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم على أن يهاجروا إلى مهجر الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ولو كلفتهم الهجرة الموت في الطريق إلى المقصد، وقد وَعَد الله الخارج مهاجراً إلى الله وإلى الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم أجراً جعله عليه تعظيماً له، وصل المهاجر أم لم يصل. فالمهاجرة كما قال صاحب الميزان إلى الله ورسوله كناية عن المهاجرة أرض الإسلام…

لكنه قدس سره يعود ليقول: “… والآيات تجري بمضامينها على المسلمين في جميع الأوقات والأزمنة، وإن كان سبب نزولها حال المسلمين في جزيرة العرب في عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بين هجرته إلى المدينة وفتح مكة”³ وعليه فكل هجرة لمسلم يفرّ بها بدينه من الأمكنة التي لا تكون له فيها حرية ممارسة دينه وإقامة شعائره إلى ما له فيها تلك الحرية يصبح مشمولاً بالآية

فعن الإمام علي عليه السلام: “الهجرة قائمة على حدّها الأول، ما كان لله في أهل الأرض حاجة من مُستسرِّ الأمة ومَعْلنها، لا يقع اسم الهجرة إلا بمعرفة الحجة في الأرض، فمن عرفها وأقرَّ بها فهو مهاجر…”⁴

الهجرة هجرتان
قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: “الهجرة هجرتان: إحداهما أن تهجر السيئات، والأخرى أن تهاجر إلى الله تعالى ورسوله، ولا تنقطع الهجرة ما تُقبِّلت التوبة“⁵ وبناءً على هذه الرواية فإن الهجرة هجرتان واحدة مادية، تكون بهجرة الأجساد لدار الكفر، حيث لا مساحة ولا حرّية للمعتقد، ولأداء السنن، ونشر الدعوة، إلى بلادٍ تُتاح فيها ممارسة الشعائر واقامة السنن وأداء الفرائض والتعلّم والتعليم

وهناك هجرة معنوية وهي ما عبرت عنه الرواية بهجران السيئات، أي أن يهاجر الإنسان من ما هو عليه من الممارسات والأعمال القبيحة، والعادات السيئة، والأخلاق الذميمة إلى الأعمال الصالحة، والعادات الحسنة، والأخلاق الحميدة، وهذا النوع من الهجرة لا يمكن أن ينتهي

طالما أن باب التوبة مفتوح وعليه، فالتوبة هي: هجرة إلى الله وتعني التماهي مع النموذج الإلهي للإنسان وهو الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم

وهناك روايات تدلّ على أنَّ بعض الناس قد يكون مهاجراً بالجسد، وليس مهاجراً حقيقة والعكس صحيح، منها ما ورد عن أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام: “ويقول الرجل هَاجرت ولم يُهاجر، إنما المهاجرون الذين يَهجرون السيئات ولم يأتوا بها”⁶ وإليك بعض الروايات المفيدة لهذا المعنى
- عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: ”أفضل الهجرة أن تهجر ما كره الله”.⁷
- عنه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: “أقمِ الصلاة، وأدِّ الزكاة، وأَهْجُر السوء، واسكُن من الأرض حيث شئتَ تكن مهاجراً”.⁸
- وعنه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: “المهاجر من هجر الخطايا والذنوب”.⁹
- وعنه صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: “الهجرة هجرتان، هجرة الحاضر، وهجرة البادي، فهجرة البادي أن يجيب إذا دُعِي، ويطيع إذا أُمِرْ، وهجرة الحاضر، أعظمها بلية وأفضلها أجراً”.¹⁰

حذار الهجرة المعاكسة
لا بدَّ من الإلفات إلى أمر حاصل في هذا الزمن كان قد نبّه عليه الإسلام، وأسماه التعرّب بعد الهجرة، والذي مصداقه في هذا الزمن أن يهاجر الإنسان من وطنه الذي فيه الدين والتديّن والتعلّم الديني، إلى بلدٍ يُخاف عليه فيه من الكفر، أو قلّة الدين، حيث لا تَعلُّم ولا تَديُّن. كما قد يَحتجُّ البعض في هذا الزمن، بالضائقة الماليّة، التي تُوجب عليه السفر، لطلب الرزق وهذا وإن كان في حدِّ ذاتِهِ جائزاً. بل قد يكون مطلوباً، لكنَّ الحَذَر هو من الإنقطاع عن أجواء الدين والتديّن، والتثقّف الديني، مما يجعل الإنسان فريسةً للشُبهات والشهوات

عن الإمام الرضا عليه السلام: “حرَّم الله التعرّب بعد الهجرة للرجوع عن الدين، وترك الموازرة للأنبياء، والحجج عليهم السلام وما في ذلك من الفساد، وإبطال حقّ كلّ ذي حقٍ لِعلة سكنى البدو، ولذلك لو عَرِف الرجل الدين كاملاً، لم يَجز له مساكنة أهل الجهل، والخوف عليه، لأنه لا يُؤمَن أن يقع منه ترك العلم، والدخول مع أهلِ التمادِي في ذلك”.¹¹

ذكر المؤرخون أنّ الرسول الأكرم صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم استدعى أحد مواليه في أواخر صفر وطلب منه مرافقته إلى البقيع قائلاً له: “إني قد أُمرت أن أستغفر لأهل البقيع فاخرج معي الليلة”، فخرجا في جوف الليل، وهناك سلّم على أهل القبور، وقال لغلامه: “إني قد أوتيت مفاتح خزائن الدنيا والخلد فيها ثمّ الجنّة، وخُيّرت بين ذلك ولقاء ربي والجنّة، فاخترت لقاء ربّي والجنّة”، قال له غلامه: بأبي أنت وأمّي فخذ مفاتح خزائن الدنيا والخلد فيها ثمّ الجنة، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: “لا والله يا أبا مُوَيهبة، لقد اخترت لقاء ربّي”، ثمّ استغفر لـأهل البقيع ورجع.

بعد ساعات وفي حشد من الناس دخل النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم المسجد برأس معصوب وطلعة نالت منها الحمّى، فجلس على المنبر، فحمد الله وأثنى عليه، ثمّ قال: “إنّ عبداً من عباد الله خيّره الله بين الدنيا وبين ما عنده، فاختار ما عند الله” ثمّ سكت والناس قد طأطأوا رؤوسهم، وتابع خطابه وفي باله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم ما قد خطّط له لحرب الروم وجهّز له من جيش كبير بقيادة أسامة بن زيد البالغ من العمر ثمانية عشر عاماً آمراً أصحابه وبقيّة المسلمين الانضواء تحت رايته لذا قال من منبر المسجد:

“أيها الناس، انفذوا جيش أسامة… ثم سكت ولهيب الحمّى يزداد اشتعالاً ثم قال:

“أيها الناس، إنّي أحمد إليكم الله، لقد دنا منّي خفوق من بين أظهركم فمن كنت جلدت له ظهراً فهذا ظهري فليقتد منه، ومن كنت أخذت له مالاً فهذا مالي فليأخذ منه، ولا يقل رجل إنّي أخاف الشحناء من رسول الله، ألا وإنّ الشحناء ليست من طبيعتي ولا من شأني، ألا وإنّ أحبّكم إليّ من أخذ منّي حقاً إن كان له، أو حللني فلقيت الله، وأنا طيب النفس… “ثمّ نزل من المنبر وأقام الصلاة وبعدها قام ينتظر الناس الذين أثقلهم سؤال النبي الأعظم صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم، وهو المعصوم الكامل الذي امتدحه الله تعالى بأنّه على خلق عظيم، فجأة نهض رجل يضطرب ليقول للنبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم إنّ سوطه وقعت ذات يوم على بطنه بطريق الخطأ فإذا بخاتم الأنبياء صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم يكشف بطنه طالباً من الرجل أن يقتصّ منه، فتقدّم الرجل وسط ذهول الناس ليقبّل جسده الشريف، ليكون ذلك آخر العهد منه. وبعدها دخل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم بيته حيث كان الرحيل المحزن الذي أصيب به الخلق والذي دعانا أهل البيت عليه السلام أن نتذكّره حين نصاب بأمر يخصّنا، فعن الإمام الباقر عليه السلام: “إن أصبت بمصيبة في نفسك أو ما مالك، فاذكر مصابك برسول الله فإنّ الخلائق لم يصابوا بمثله قط”.

لقد رسم الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم للناس جميعاً طريق السعادة الحقيقية وضمن لهم الوصول إليها من خلال التمسّك بأصلين أساسيّين لا غنى لهما بأحدهما دون الآخر وهما الثقلان، فقال:

“أيها الناس! إنّي فَرْطُكم، وأنتم واردون عليَّ الحوض، ألا وإنّي سائلكم عن الثِقلين، فانظروا: كيف تخلِّفوني فيهما؟ فإنّ اللطيف الخبير نبّأني: أنّهما لن يفترقا حتّى يلقياني، وسألت ربِّي عن ذلك فأعطانيه، ألا وإنِّي قد تركتها فيكم: كتاب الله وعترتي: أهل بيتي، لا تسبقوهم فتَفرَّقوا، ولا تقصروا فتهلكوا، ولا تعلّموهم، فإنّهم أعلم منكم.

أيّها الناس! لا ألفينّكم بعدي كُفّاراً، يَضرِبُ بعضُكم رقابَ بعضٍ، فتلقوني في كتيبة كمَجْر السيل الجرّار. ألا وإنّ عليّ بن أبي طالب أخي ووصيّي، يقاتل بعدي على تأويل القرآن، كما قاتلتُ على تنزيله”.

وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين
